Hi All,
I have approved plans, building on my residence - JHB South. The plans show provision for a "home office consultancy business". My understanding is that you can use 20% of your residence for a home office. This was copnfirm by the building inspectors. 2 x neighbours down the road have threatened to stop me form trading. Couriers drop off and collect goods. The nature of the business is "admin / consulting". So there is no noise / manufacturing as such. Once construction is complete, customer can pull into the drive was, minimizing parking in the street.
Has anyone had a similar experince to this. What "legal advise" has perhaps been given?
Regards
